Operational Manager

I am post graduate in international relations (IR) from the university of Malakand and I have more than 5 years of experience in AMC. I work in the Development and implementation of monthly and annual sales objectives. I also work with sales managers to meet sales objectives and resolve customer problems in a timely manner, develop business strategies to increase sales revenue, provide excellent customer services to ensure customer satisfaction, attend team meetings regularly to assess the achievement of sale target and provide product sale training to the sales team.
